A summer at a U.S. camp is not a backpacking trip. It is a contract: meals in the dining hall, shifts with kids, evenings on the porch, mornings before sunrise. We help applicants who can do real work — not applicants who treat the J-1 visa as a tourist hack.
We will not promise a visa. We promise honest review, fast replies, and paperwork only after a written offer is in your hand. If your file is thin, we tell you what to fix. If it is strong, we move it. The applicants who finish a season do so because they were prepared, not lucky.

Mismatches between your file and DS-2019 cause the slowest delays we see — and they are entirely avoidable on day one.

Pick referees who reply within 48 hours.
A great reference that arrives a fortnight late lands after the camp has interviewed someone else. Speed is part of strength.

List real strengths you can lead at camp.
If you can teach swim, run a craft block, or coach soccer, say so plainly. Camps hire skills, not adjectives.
