At Exchange Path we believe being completely transparent about price is the only fair way to do this. Everyone pays the same — whether you're joining us from the UK, Ireland, Europe or anywhere else. Programme fees are coordinated on our official WhatsApp (email on request) and paid by bank transfer; two schedule options, that's the whole thing.

One universal Exchange Path programme fee, regardless of country. Pay in full and save, or split across three predictable milestones that match your application progress.     The staged amount is broken down into three payments that follow your application progress:

    Total across the three stages: $475. You only pay the Placement Fee once you have a confirmed offer from a camp.

    Please note: if you are accepted onto the program, your placement is GUARANTEED.

    Why are there fees to pay? These fees cover the admin involved as the Exchange Path team process your application and find your dream placement for the summer.

How payment works

We use WhatsApp to coordinate each payment: message our official number and we reply with bank transfer details and the exact reference line to use. Prefer email? That works too. Pay only to Exchange Path as named on the invoice — we never use personal accounts or informal payment apps.

Financial aid & fee relief

Limited aid is available for applicants who are genuinely in need and show a strong, honest application— we read every request personally.

  • Pay the US$25 application fee first from your dashboard when you submit — this part is not covered by aid.
  • After that payment is complete, apply for aid from the dashboard. An award can only reduce the acceptance and placement portions (or the remaining balance if you chose pay-in-full), not the application fee.
